Directions for Registering for Fall Formal Sorority Recruitment:
All registrations using this web site must be received by noon on Friday, August 16, 2013, To move into university housing, registrations must be received by noon on Friday, August 9, 2013.
NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS ARE GIVEN
To register on line:
Submit the on line registration form found at https://uky.mycampusdirector.com. Return to this page and submit credit card payment ($100 before July 15 and $150 after July 15) at credit card payment link. Your registration will not be processed until credit card authorization is confirmed.
To register by mail:
Print the registration form using the pdf registration form .(Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print this form. If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you may download it free from Adobe's website.) Mail with the registration fee ($100 before or on July 15 and $150 after July 15) to Panhellenic Council, 575 Patterson Office Tower, University of Kentucky, 40506-0027
To register by FAX:

Be sure to include an email address for confirmation notification and recruitment group assignment notification.

Services: The fee covers registration processing, mailings, publications, training, scheduling, t-shirt, and two meals.
No refunds are offered if paid by credit card, check, or cash.
Transaction currency: US dollars.
The University of Kentucky’s Panhellenic Association is responsible for services and the credit card transactions and will assist with payment transactions, services, dispute resolution and all terms and conditions of the transactions.
The information obtained from this form is submitted to each chapter participating in the recruitment process at the University of Kentucky. The credit card payment site is secure. Registration forms may be mailed in or faxed to 859-323-1525.

-Your first official meeting with your recruitment counselor (Gamma Chi) and membership recruitment group will be at 5:00 PM on August 17th in your residence hall or in King Alumni Building for Commuters. Before your arrival on campus, you will hear from us again with regard to the exact location of this meeting and your membership recruitment group assignment.
-Only those women who have applied for university housing and who have received their permanent residence hall assignment may move into their assigned room on August 17th. Women who have not applied for housing or who have not received their permanent assignment must find alternative lodging during Membership Recruitment Week.
-We request that students move into their assigned rooms accoring to the schedule below and that all residents be moved in by 2:00 PM:
9:00 AM-11:00 AM: Baldwin Hall, Blanding Tower (odd floors), Blanding I, Blanding IV, Donovan Hall (odd floors), Kirwan Tower (odd floors), Kirwan III, Smith Hall11:00 AM -1:00 PM: Blanding Tower (even floors), Blanding II, Blanding III, Donovan Hall (even floors), Ingels Hall, Kirwan II, Kirwan IV, Kirwan Tower (even floors)9:00 AM-1:00 PM: Blazer Hall, Holmes Hall, Keeneland Hall, Roselle Hall, Patterson Hall, Jewell Hall (times for the new dorms going up will be announced as soon as we get them)
-Every year the Panhellenic Council holds a school supply drive to benefit students in Fayette County. Please bring any type of school supplies to help us with this drive.
-Parent's Information Session will be held at 5:00 PM on August 17th (location TBA). Parents are encouraged to attend this session and will not be allowed to remain in the residence halls unaccompanied by their daughter.
-If you have not received a recruitment book by the end of June, please contact the Panhellenic office at (859) 257-3151 or at email@example.com and we will send you one. This book contains an in-depth look at what you will be going through during sorority recruitment as well as financial information and helpful hints. Please refer to this book for scholastic requirements and financial information
